For matters of life and death, who do you talk to and what do you talk about?
This workshop is for anyone aged 18 years and above who wants to learn how to have end-of-life conversations with loved ones.
Listen to a talk on Advance Care Planning, including Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney, and pick up skills to broach these topics with loved ones.
